'Top Elf' transported seven exceptional children to the North Pole to compete for the position of Top Elf on Santa's crew. From the winter-scape of Santa's fantastical village to the cozy warmth in front of the fire in The Great Hall, competitors experienced what life could be like working for the man in red.
Mid-century melds with magical on the streets in front of Santa's House replete with natural elements supporting angular architecture. The North Pole has never embodied a more cozy and accessible style. A short trip down the main street, the workshop is festooned with festive craft supplies ready for eager hands to provide animated purpose.
Inside, cookies are never far from Santa's reach. The magic of the winter wonderland has encroached The Great Hall, bringing with it snow and seasonal cheer. The large fireplace keeps the judges and contestants warm while navigating and revealing who made it onto the Nice List.
Immersive and mythical, the set designed by Jeff Eyser has set the groundwork to grounded magic that heightens the audience's imagination while existing in everyday reality.
60' x 80' and 20' tall, Santa's village was designed to be an immersive experience for the competitors. With almost 360 degrees of set, producers were able to shoot competitions from all angles while actors and competitors were able to lose themselves in the North Pole.
